Key responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients
Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user needs and business requirements
Effectively communicate design concepts, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually
Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel industries
Continually iterate and evolve the way we approach product design
Qualifications
Strong portfolio with your best works that shows your experience in both UX and UI skills
Expert knowledge in Figma (Components, Prototyping, Auto-layout, Team libraries)
Experience with user research and translating insights from research to your designs
Great communication skills both when interfacing with customers as well as when working with your team
A flexible, decisive personality and you know how to put your ego aside and focus on the needs of the user
A desire to improve your UX/UI skills
Excellent English, so you can easily communicate with clients
